Major technical features:
1) Clamp board motion mechanism: reasonably designed, select light but 
    high-strength aluminum alloy clamp board to ensure stable functioning of 
    clamp board when working with high frequency and ensure tight holding of 
    fiber
2) Electric control: use advanced programmable logical controller (PLC) and 
    sensor display screen to control the functioning of the whole machine. 
    Person-machine communication is realized and operation and maintenance 
    of machine is easier and more humanized 
3) Lathe head: all drive parts are operated through oil bath lubrication. They are 
    well designed, compact and installed with high-precision gears. Low noise, 
    stable functioning and long working life 
4) Draft transmission: use time belt which is simple in structure, easy to adjust, 
    with low noise and good engagement and give stable transmission
5) Detaching roller transmission: comprised of planar linkage mechanism, 
    planetary differential wheel train and transmission wheel train. Its motion is 
    in conformity with the demand of cotton web combing and is stable and 
    reliable, making a perfect match of combed fiber and cotton web 
6) Cylinder and top comb: use advanced and capable 110°integral and 
    super-concentrate cylinder and top comb to ensure high quality of cotton 
    strips 
7) Good safety: door casing part is installed with sensitive proximity switch. 
    Checking of cotton laps at all locations is controlled by infrared ray sensor. 
    In particular, advanced and new-type single strip control technology is utilized 
    for the checking of output strips at table-board to ensure safe operation
